we have been fielding calls all day from people asking questions about the state's healthcare exchange. and, you know, while the california exchange hasn't been hassle-free, it has been running more smoothly than the rest of the country. in fact, let's compare enrollment numbers under "covered california" to other states. the latest numbers show almost 80,000 californians have selected health plans. another 135,000 applicants are likely to be covered under medi- cal here in. yeah. that's a total of more than 200,000 meaning california is way ahead of the other state exchanges and washington state, for instance, they have just over 93,000 enrolled. and that includes private health plans and medicaid. oregon has signed up just 3,470. nationally add up all the states using the federal healthcare.gov and that number is just over 210,000. so enrollment is highest here in california. but again, it hasn't been hassle-free. so i am here with one of our "covered california" volunteers. and i had to ask, what is one of the most common questions you're getting today from people calling in? >> the
